Due to our geographic location and operation,
some services offered via this web site may be
limited and only be applicable to customers
located within reasonable travelling distance.
Local callout is within 15 miles each way and
over this an increased callout charge is applied
to cover travel costs.
All prices quoted in this web site are subject
to confirmation by letter or email, and
customer's acceptance of quotation or estimate
by letter or email will be sought before
detailed work is started.
Where it is necessary to request that a deposit
is paid by the customer to cover components
and/or materials, such deposits will be
non-refundable if web design creative and/or repair work
has been started/components purchased, and the
customer subsequently cancels the requested and
agreed work before being fully completed.
Where estimates are supplied, work is carried
out on the understanding that "unforeseen" items
may be additionally chargeable to the customer.
All payments to be by cash, cheque with cheque
guarantee card (£50 limit), building society or
similar cheque/draft (over £50), or by
arrangement.
